Common questions

Do I need an account to use Inner Tempo?

No. There is no sign up and no login. Open the app and start breathing. Everything you do stays on your device.

Where is my session history stored?

On your iPhone. Inner Tempo has no servers, so your streaks, minutes, and history never leave your device unless you choose to export a backup. See our privacy policy for the details.

How do I move my data to a new phone?

Use the export option in the app to create an encrypted backup file, then import it on your new device during setup. You keep full control of that file.

Does the Apple Watch app work on its own?

Yes. You can run a full paced session from your wrist with haptic cues. When the session ends, it syncs to your paired iPhone, where all of your history lives. The watch itself does not keep anything long term.

The watch session did not sync to my phone. What now?

Make sure both devices are nearby, unlocked, and on the same Apple ID, then open the iPhone app. Syncing happens over Apple's local device to device connection and can take a moment. If it still does not appear, email us and we will help.

Is Inner Tempo a medical device?

No. It is a personal wellbeing tool for paced breathing practice. It does not diagnose, treat, or monitor any condition, and nothing in the app is medical advice. If you have a health concern, please talk to a professional.

How do I request a feature or report a bug?

Email pelan05@hotmail.com. The app also has a Send Feedback option that opens a pre filled email with helpful diagnostics, so we can sort things out faster.
